The Marching Pride of Lawrence Township is one of MSDLTs largest student organizations comprised of more than 190 students and over 50 adult coordinators, volunteers, and staff members. MPLT is an elite marching ensemble that competes in both the ISSMA Class A Marching Band Circuit as well as the Class AAAA Bands of America Circuit, some of the most competitive circuits in the country! MPLT has a history of success after forming in 2014 when The Spirit of Central and The LN Regime Marching Bands combined their efforts to form a Township wide ensemble.

MPLT Most recently celebrated making it into BOA National Semi Finals in 2023 with their show "The Art of Being" placing 20th in the country!

MPLT is proud to announce their 2025 Competition show, "What Will Your Verse Be?".
​This unique show, designed by Lindsey Vento, Steve Vento, and the team at Vento Music and Visual Designs, is inspired by the art of poetry. Showcasing the music of Jonsi, Ennio Morricone, and more, this is a show you won't want to miss!
